OrCA

This robotic Hang player is called Lula (Squid). It was designed, programmed and built with a group of teenagers participating in a four-day workshop called «OrCA – Orquestra de Computadores e Autómatos» (Orchestra of Computers and Robots), at Casa da Música, coordinated by myself and my friend Filipe Lopes. It inspired the Robotic Gamelan.
